with the beginning of 20^th century technology advancement is on peak. Especially from 2015 onwards. In this regard the paradigm shift occurs from intuitional learning to digital learning.  the intuitional learning bound a person to select specific or single domain while digital learning expends your spa to explore various domains of various fields. For instance, you may learn about the digital marketing and freelancing skills at the same time from various online learning portals.so holistically speaking the learning became easy, since you can learn multiples courses at the same time, however do you think what you have learned through digital media is giving you the ultimate skill?

Mostly the answer is no. but do you think why is it so?

Well we tend to learn more and more or we want to explore more but the level of implementation is quite less than the level at which we explore courses and want to learn them. For instance, if a person is in digital marketing than he is indulging himself in online trading and freelancing. This means he is not stick to a single forum where he can excel. Most of the audience using technology got success while the remaining failed due to the reason I mentioned earlier.

Furthermore, everyone wants to earn from the digital world without learning.no one cares about the legal and illegal. This may lead them to face scams, frauds and many more. So the first step to earn is learn. And while learning skills is important if you develop a skill then you may compete and excel. always work in unified idea.

Holistically speaking what we have to do is to focus on a single idea and work on it to be successful however the diversion of mind in various field is emerging as setbacks to our youth and trust me its alarming.
